  The Sail Inn is located in a great spot in downtown Lunenburg. Directly across the street from the best fish and chips in town (The South Shore Fish Shack), and with the added benefit of getting to sail on the schooner, the Eastern Star, the Sail Inn is a great place to stay!

  Gracious hosts, very knowledgeable. Very kind and warm. Wonderful clean rooms and lots of private space.

  If your a little bit fussy about where you B&B, this place has it all covered. Very clean and well appointed, nice people, full breakfast in the am. It includes a sailing around the bay included in the price. We wouldn't consider ( and I am sure there are others as good, but which ones) another location.

  Stayed two nights and loved it. It was clean and quiet and very comfortable. The location and the large room were ideal for walking about. The young lady on staff was wonderful, and made the delicious breakfast that was included. Highly recommend!

  Beautiful little B&B with views out over the bay. Spotlessly clean, well appointed rooms with large, modern en suite bathrooms. Breakfasts were spectacular: a mix of an extensive cold buffet and bacon and eggs cooked to order. This is a really great place to stay.
